Mark and Austin at MSI are helping us make a product no one has ever made before. They have both taken the time to educate us on materials, processes, procedures, and pricing for our product. We were not able to find any combination of those four things anywhere else. Our previous molder was over charging us by 50% and giving us zero help. Now, we have ZERO complaints. Working with Mark or Austin was a great experience. They quoted me a fair price and kept great communications the entire time we worked together. I still use them today as my main injection contractor. They offered a few suggestions to allow my product (Hat Solo) to really become something super cool and marketable. I recommend them for these reasons: Communication, Production Time line adherence, Specification adherence, mold making and PRICE!!

I had never worked with a mold injection company before, so I was not really sure what to expect regarding the entire process, but working with Mark has been a breeze so far. He was very helpful to me and my two business partners every step of the way and even offered a recommendation on our mold design that helped to reduce our product cost.
