I have used this company for about 2 years to service our AC units and I completely trust CSI. Let me tell you about my experience with them. My units are in their golden years. I want to make them last as long as possible. They have always solved each issue with one visit. They were extremely responsive with same day service. Always respectful, very knowledgeable and honest. Go ahead and call them. They will get the job done.

CSI mechanical has been really good to us. The first time we used them was to replace our furnace and ductwork. The men worked diligently for the two days it took to rip everything out and put it back in. The new furnace had a faulty computer part (by no fault of CSI) and it would not work. The owner personally called to ask if we needed any space heaters to get us through the night as it was in the teens. He called the furnace manufacturer and got the part. He came himself on a Saturday to install the part so we would have heat. They really do care about their customers. We then called them a second time when our AC was leaking. Again they helped us efficiently. We highly recommend.

We were given an estimate the same day that the service technician came out. I feel that CSI Mechanical are honest as they presented us with several options to work with and never pushed any of them regardless of price. Each technician that came to our home treated everyone with respect and were very mindful of social distancing while being polite. I highly recommend this company.
