I loved my experience at Renaldo Kia from the first time I talked to someone my husband and I felt like more than just a quick sale. They cared about all we asked for from the moment we explained our situation. Lewis in the financial department took an impossible situation and turned it around to a dream. We had heard “no” so much that I almost dropped the phone when he said “yes”. Then the icing on the cake was Abigail in the sales department took her time answered all our questions and if she didn’t know she made sure she found out. Her pleasant personality and straight forward, truthful attitude had us hooked. I dare anyone to give them a try call first because for once they are truly a company that will let you know something before you come and you don’t have to spend an entire day at a car lot just to hear them say no. Good luck to anyone that gives them a try and thanks Renaldo Kia for helping me get such a wonderful birthday gift.
