I’ve been on pretrial release and I was as worried because I’ve heard so many stories about my P.O. officer and everything they said wasn’t true for me ... she was good to me and I feel like people who had bad experiences was because they didn’t follow their parole or probation so therefor they caused their own problems. I feel she was a support system in a way for me and I had to switch people from moving and I didn’t want to I was worried that I wouldn’t like the next person but they seem pretty nice as well. It’s not a great thing to be in trouble but these are great people that go through I think a lot with clients. I have respect for these people.

I believe the staff could be a little friendlier to visitors. There is NEVER a smile on their face. For the residents, sometimes a little encouragement goes a long ways! :) Also, the place could be kept cleaner, with or without funding, cleaning and keeping things in half way decent shape does not cost much.
