Good for kids
No wheelchair-accessible entrance
Perfect trail for a family. We took a small stroller for the 1 year old. Nana , Papa, Auntie and Uncle could all enjoy the hike with 4 kids aged 9, 8, 4, and 1

Nice flat walk close to the creek. Dogs on leash are allowed. A few places it’s easy to go to the creek bed for a good view. It’s shallow enough to walk in if you choose. Walk the loop trail for 10 minutes then there’s an offshoot to continue going along the creek instead of going left to loop back to the parking. Walk the offshoot trail for 5 minutes to see the fish ladder. It’s not easy to find! There is no parking at this “trailhead”. Park at the Hilburn Preserve sign just last the car dealership lot where there’s room for 5 cars. Don’t drive past it towards the senior center. The map says the road continues but it doesn’t! There’s a gate stopping cars from continuing on where it’s a gravel road/trail.
Great hiking spot, will definitely be spending more time there.
Very scenic and peaceful. Missed a couple good hits with a Roostertail but will be happy to try again real soon.
Awesome family place to just relax!!
A nice walk and made for a cooler day
Hidden gem. :0
