While the store was well stocked, the staffer today was just lousy. Apparently his first day there. Knew nothing about the inventory, was wearing shorts. Didn’t answer questions. Timex, you need to staff your brand with professionals. It doesn’t matter how many shiny new watches you line up, the associate was a train wreck and can undo years worth of brand establishment in seconds. Your employees represent your brand at retail. PS the organization of the store absolutely sucks. Random displays of Guess, Nautica and Timex puked all over the store. With an associate that knows nothing, which brand will I buy and why? Get it together. I am guessing the gushing reviews are coming from people looking for an inexpensive watch. They can be found at this store. I buy heirlooms and I expect a time tested brand like timex to exhibit a little bit of class, even at an outlet.
Great place to get Timex watches for like 50% off retail. Fairly good selection. Varies with different visits. I'm assuming it's the watches that didn't sell well, but they're perfectly good watches and fine styles.
