Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church (SBBC) in Martinsburg, WV, is a strong Bible believing, teaching, preaching church. The music (psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs) is wonderful, God honoring, and not worldly. The people at SBBC are the friendliest I have found anywhere. They laugh and smile easily. They make even newcomers feel at home. They really care! Sunday School (9:45 AM) is great. There are over a dozen classes from which to choose so everyone can find a class that suits their need. The teachers do their homework and present strong lessons from the Word of God. Sunday night (6 PM) services also are a blessing, and not a repeat from Sunday morning (10:45 AM). Wednesday night Bible study (7 PM) is led by the Pastor Corey Bane. Pastor Bane is great, he loves his flock shows and tells us so. He prayerfully studies and researches to give us in-depth study and accurate understanding of the Word of God. He backs everything he teaches with Bible verse. SBBC is very involved with the community and there are many ministries where one can plug in. The children’s ministries are fantastic. I was so pleasantly surprised and blessed to have recently found Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church . I love it there!

Well, they are insisting that I visited Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church about 5 months ago. I can unequivocally say that I did not visit this church. I was however, visiting Virginia about this time, and did visit Shenandoah River State Park. I'm going to assume that the church was probably somewhere near the entrance of this state park. I did take a nice long hike in the park, took many very cool pictures, and had a pretty interesting time. I do remember it was hot out, and I was hiking along the river and did take several dips in the swift-moving water. I was cautious though, not to go in too deep past my knees because the water was moving very swiftly, and I had no desire to get carried Downstream. even though I am a fairly good swimmer, I didn't want to end up in some deserted place miles from my car. if you're ever in this area, I do recommend having a visit to Shenandoah River State Park. It's a pretty nice place to hang out, go for a hike, have a picnic, fish, or go swimming.

A family oriented church that loves all people, a Place to call Home. Love the King James Bible and the messages the Lord lays on the heart of Pastor Bane. So many ministries and programs for the entire family. Strong missions minded church and love the great hymns and songs of the faith. I LOVE MY CHURCH! Come visit and find \A Place To Call Home\.
