Never would have thought staff members/management/owner could be so irresponsible during covid 19... 90 percent.if not higher ,will not wear a mask. Tables you eat on are nasty.restrooms are nasty . Once a great place for kids. May be the unsafest place to come to. Due to covid 19.

outstanding customer service. Birthday parties are 100 taken care of by the host. Managers, team member, kitchen crew all of them are very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend to celebrate kiddos birthdays the price worth it. Thank you again!

Fun place. One attraction was broken, the only one my older son cared about and the only reason he decided to get a pass. We had asked if everything was open and working and we were told yes. Big dissapointment and a waste of 33 dollars plus tax. Covid wise.... ALL hand sanitizer stations were empty. Most employees were either not wearing a mask, wearing a mask under chin, or under nose. A few were wearing a mask the right way. As much as I do understand that it is impossible to clean after each kid touches something, I never saw anything getting wiped or disinfected. I ended up leaving.

If I could give them no stars I would . Front desk ladies are very rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn’t dare spend a cent here !! Even though it’s covid that doesn’t mean customer service goes out the window . Do better ladies .

The best indoor park I have been to. The kids loved it. I love the bumper cars because there is a true result from being bumped. You can make the other cars spin or make the flip car flip around. The layout is fabulous. The variety of attractions is perfect. It is expensive but a great once in a while treat for the kids. The staff did a great job at the attractions and made sure every kid was following g the rules for safety.
