Bennett Lake is somewhat small but well kept with plenty of parking and places to fish from the bank. There's also a small pond next to the lake that's also stocked and a great place for kids to fish.

Was charged a different price than what the recording says. And the guy at the gate was even rude about it, too. Only a few people there, but only 1 fish was caught- by another person. We were there all night and caught nothing. Where are the fish? Water was pretty nasty too, tons of algae and moss. Dead fish along the shore. Definitely NOT worth the price we paid, 88 for three adults and two kids
This lake was awful. There for a few hours and there was 3 of us and a bunch of other people there fishing. Pulled in and the staff was drunk. Told me that the lake was filled 3 times in one day. I don’t know anything about lakes like that but I thought it was gonna be non stop catching. Boy was I wrong. Nobody at the lake caught a single thing. The people we did talk to were there all day long and only had a few small cat fish. It’s over priced and not worth it. If you wanna sit around and hang out by a lake and not catch anything then it’s all good but I wanna go places were I can catch.
Not terrible got plenty of nibbles just couldnt get any full bites but still nice lake
Fish on!!!!! Love this lake. Never a bad day here.
