City Brew should be ashamed of themselves and their rewards program!!! I have been frequenting the City Brew on Main Street 2 times a month on Friday mornings ordering 3-4 coffees per trip. All of which average 7.00 per coffee. I have yet to receive any rewards but am at a Gold level. Today when I went through for two coffees, I questioned the Barista about how many stars each coffee receives. The Barista answered that each coffee receives 1 star. Every single one of my 3-4 coffees should have given me 3-4 stars with that logic. I questioned her about why I was only receiving 1 star reward for 3-4 coffees. She then told me that it is 1 star reward for every transaction regardless of how many coffees you purchase. Wow City Brew!! Really?? I really enjoy their coffees although they never taste the same twice. So, there’s the scoop people! The lines will now be even longer and slower because from now on I will be requesting a separate transaction for every coffee I order. I don’t care if I have 10 of them in one stop. When your Baristas productivity and sales decrease, that is on City Brew franchise owners and should not rest on the Baristas shoulders to bare. Wow, City Brew...Really? I’m giving the owners zero stars...the two stars I am giving are for the Baristas and not as a reflection of their service, which is always very great!!

What a great place to stop. We've been on the road and missing my coffee... Wow stopped here and my coffee was amazing service amazing we ordered breakfast and it was way better than you get anywhere else. If I didn't live 600 miles away this would be my place daily.
I ordered 2 Grizzlies. I didn't try them until I got back to work they were made Sugar Free and let me tell you unless you are someone that likes sugar free (I do not), you can guess my reaction , it wasnt pleasant and I was forced to dumped 6 bucks and change down the drain because I couldn't even choke it down. My co-worker didnt care and drank hers. I dont have time to walk all the back to ball out the Barista, sorry City Brew but you get the bad review instead.

I drink SF Spiced chai and it's never consistent sometimes it's too spiced other times I don't think they spiced it. Couple times I didn't get SF and it tore me up. Bummer cuz it's the only one I had liked
