We were there last Friday and had a wonderful time! We got there at 9:30am and checked in, no lines or hassles. We didn’t have a reservation because it was a week day and it wasn’t busy. Van left promptly at 10 am and dropped us off with our tubes. Current was slow but it was really relaxing to float down the river with our cooler full of snacks and drinks while soaking up the sunshine. Whole experience was a great way to beat the heat and enjoy the scenery. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely go there again.

Honestly not the best experience. A large group of coworker got together for this trip. I even called ahead and they let me put in a reservation. No such reservation existed when we got there. Once we were in the river and away from the staff we had a blast. We got there at 10:15. We were waiting for one more person to show up but they weren’t ready for us anyways which we were fine with. Our last person arrived at 11:25. I told the staff we had our whole party. We watched group after group load up in front of us. When they told us it was out turn a group had lined up and just got themselves on the bus. Nikki the girl who checked us in ran out to the man driving the bus and told him it was our turn and we told him we had been there since 10:15 and the people on the bus got there after us. He looked on the bus and said 17 can fit in here so we got on. 17 could not fit in there. We were all smashed and everyone was covered in sweat. I personally got burnt on a radiator in the back of the bus. When I got off I told the guy he needs to tell people there is an extremely hot radiator in the back and to watch out or don’t overfill buses. He laughed it off. I said no I’m serious. He kind of changed his tune but he didn’t care at all. Before we got off the bus he said no one grab a tube. The first group grabbed tubes and of course our group who arrived first had to wait yet again another 45 minutes for more tubes to be dropped off. The driver just let it happen and didn’t say a word. We would never come back here. Bathroom is disgusting, no parking, and most importantly incompetent staff and no organization. Nikki was wonderful, I do feel that the other staff pushed her around when she was trying to get us on the bus. I believe the guy we had trouble with was Mike he had red jean shorts on. He was absolutely terrible.
We had a blast floating down the river. Don't forget to pack a lunch and rent a cooler tube! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
PLAN FOR LONG WAIT TIMES despite having reservations. We had a reservation at noon and didn’t actually get on to the water until about 145-2pm. Deflated tubes, staff not prepared with enough tubes on hand for the reserved floaters. Staff was very nice, BUT unfortunately this entire operation needs some work. Bring LOTS in your cooler for the WAIT, otherwise what you planned to have for the river will be all gone by the time you get into the water. Bring your own twine/rope if you want to tie up together. They won’t have it for you. Was a good time once we got going! Just be prepared to WAIT, and WAIT, and WAIT!
