My fiancé recently proposed to me in December 2018. He went with a company outside of Sheridan for my ring. He first chose the setting, and later chose the diamond to be placed in it. The prongs on my original setting (picture #1) sat extremely high off of the ring and the diamond was unstable. The whole ring in general was impractical, which made me not even want to wear my own engagement ring. Since the company who sold us this setup also saw the same concerns, he was told that the prongs could be changed and lowered to the setting after he proposed. After he proposed, we took the ring back into the store only to have them tell us they weren’t willing to work with us nor could any of the things they promised us be done. They informed us that if I wanted a different ring, we would simply have to buy a new one. I decided to see what other options I had, and I am SO thankful I decided to walk into Legacy Diamond & Gems! Thomas immediately assured me that they would help turn my ring into one I loved and could actually wear. He created a design plan with me, provided me with options, and quoted me a very reasonable price. Allen, Graduate Bench Jeweler at Legacy Diamond & Gems, implemented my original setting and diamonds to create my beautiful new ring... and it only took a few weeks! The quality of my ring is unmatchable. I could not be more satisfied or impressed with the quality service I received from Legacy Diamond & Gems. My ring is more than I could have ever expected it to be.
They made a gorgeous custom wedding band for my husband and fixed my wedding ring for me. They did a phenomenal job! My husbands ring is better than I ever hoped for and my ring is even better than the day I got it. They took my idea and made it come to life, and were so friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back!
When I first walked into Legacy Diamond I was greeted with such kindness. I brought my engagement ring in to see if they could custom make a wedding band for it and to fix the parts for the original ring that were not 100% how my fiancé wanted it to look from the original jeweler( not legacy). They took on the daunting task of redoing parts of the ring to my satisfaction. Allen made sure I was informed about every step and made sure it was what I wanted before continuing. Allen always had a smile and was so kind every time I came in. We also had Legacy make my husbands wedding ring which was Damascus with a wood inlay, and it was absolutely PERFECT! The whole team at Legacy Diamond are so kind and professional and always willing to lend a hand to make sure their customers are satisfied. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs!
I recently took a design for a pendant to legacy diamond and gems to see if they would be able to create it. Allen met with me several times through out the process to make sure everything was as I wanted. The finished piece exceeded my expectations. It is gorgeous. Perfect! Allen is definitely a gifted individual, he truly enjoys what he does and it shows. He's very enthusiastic and has a great eye for detail. The entire team at legacy are professional and knowledgeable.

I needed to have 3 rings resized. Chelsea walked me through the entire process. They were so helpful. I picked them up today and they fit perfectly. They cleaned them. They sparkle. They are beautiful!! Great work Legacy Diamond & Gems.
