These guys at Bob Utter Ford are amazing! I found the exact Telluride I was looking for online. Eric did not waste any time getting in touch with me and providing me with the information I needed. Eric and Malcolm both were friendly, upfront and honest. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable purchasing from these guy via phone without even seeing the vehicle in person. We live 270 miles from their dealership and they had the vehicle delivered to us the same exact day. If that is not exceptional customer service, I do not what is. Eric and Malcolm both followed up with us to make sure everything was good and that we were happy. I can not thank you guys enough from making this car buying process a smooth and pleasant experience! We are so happy with our new ride!

Over the years I have spent a lot of time in dealership service waiting rooms, but I have to admit that the waiting room at this dealership was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Not only was it an enjoyable space with many comfortable arm chairs, but there were also many other amenities such as coffee, water, hot chocolate, cold drinks, snack machines etc., and we could look directly at the service area!! They have taken service to the next level!!
