Dishonest in their advertising and numerous hidden charges. They just continue the narrative of how AT&T and DirectTV are just out for the buck no matter how they go about getting it. I remember now why I had been over-the-air TV for so long. I'll finish this contract out and cancel. Plan on moving my cell service too.

First of all they lie about everything. When we signed up they offered us 300.00 gift card and only received a 100.00 gift card. They charged us to move our service when the agent I spoke to said it was free and that we can have the promotional pricing again since we were out of our 2 year contract and when I got our bill it was that way . Called and basically said sorry we can’t help you . Decided to cancel today and only 7 days into new cycle and they tell me sorry we have to charge for the whole month even though Im not even going to be using it since we went with a different provider. Don’t go with this company unless you want horrible customer Service and to be lied to.
These guys reported me to the credit bureau because I didn't have a house to put a satellite dish on. I could not continue my service when I became homeless, But that didn't stop them from trying to get me to turn it back on
