We called and asked if they draw up plans for an addition we were doing as we weren’t sure if we could put an addition on... I was told yes and a survey would have to be done first. We hired them and their team came out to do a “survey” (btw their drawing/survey was exactly what the town had except for our pool and shed). They were supposed to flag the stakes but we have never been able to find ANY of them... it took them less than 30 minutes! This was in Feb ‘18... I contacted them to ask about our plans as we needed to know if an addition could be put on and they said that they didn’t do design plans even though that’s what they said back in December. So we found a builder who did.... fast forward 8 months our build is 3/4 way done, plans have been drawn and filed with town etc. and we receive a bill from them!!! For what I’m not sure as they didn’t do what we asked!!! Poor customer service! They tell you they can do something they can’t to get you to sign a contract and then they dont do it!

I highly recommend searching several different surveyors before settling on these guys. I received several quotes from different companies at 700. Sherman and Frydryk quoted me at 2000. Needless to say I did not hire them. Do your homework before you settle on these guys and you will save yourself a ton of money for whatever project you will be working on and you are going to get the same results.
