We did a Saturday night class to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was amazing! Jordan is very high-energy and personable, and made the night an incredible experience. I'd highly recommend it.

Just attended the 'flavors of the Caribbean' class with chef Kevin and it was a lot of fun. It was our first time; but won't be our last. We were was a small class of 5, which was perfect as we were able to fully participate on all the food prep!
I have new love for the dungeness crab, thanks to Jordan! Disarming and knowledgeable, Jordan makes everyone feel welcome and at home with his laid-back, Bourdain gone to (just enough) charm school style, clear demonstrations and straightforward instructions.
My girlfriend and I went in for one of Jordan's summer farm to table menus. The class was so fun and the food amazing (because I cooked it obviii).
Great class by JJ! She was knowledgeable and entertaining to listen to. I feel much more confident in the kitchen. Could have been a little better with time management, but overall we had a great time. Will definitely return for more classes in the future.
