I was able to see a doctor on Saturday and get my condition diagnosed fast. This place is a great alternative to your primary. No appointment needed, open longer hours for your convenience. Very nice

Covid testing experience: Organized, but internet went out and results were slower than normal. Usually get results in less than 24 hrs. Doctor was calm, helpful and knowledgeable. Swab was well done. Appreciated having someone check insurance every now and then. I like that we got tested in our car. Waited 2.5 hrs for covid test at opening 9am due to long line. 12/28/20 Update: took exactly 24 hrs for result to show online, even with the backup. Apparently they call you sooner if you’re positive. Update: It’s been 6 days since I took my PCR test and still no word. I’ve called in but their phone system is terrible and I can never get a hold of anyone, let alone the clinic or physician who worked on me. I’m pregnant and currently quarantining in the same house as my husband and on absolute pins and needles about my result, but if I find out I’ve been positive this whole time and could had no need to quarantine from my husband (positive) for 10 days, I’m going to be fuming! The patient portal looks primitive and isn’t the most reassuring; I’ve logged in 50 times since I got tested and there’s no sign of results coming in. Really a painful and frustrating experience!

Place is very clean and it wasn’t so much of a wait time but I was with Brian T Fletcher MD and the nurse that drew my blood. I went in because I had been feeling lightheaded and some dizziness. My blood pressure reading was 172/94 which doctor Fletcher “wasn’t concerned about” which I’ve learned later that he could have at least checked it for again and maybe if it was still high which it, he could have giving me some bills to lower my blood pressure which is what my primer doctor did. As for the nurse that toke my blood I’d let the picture explain why I was so disappointed with the facility

The virtual line was very helpful and fast. It allowed me to run some errands instead of waiting outside in line surrounded by other people and heavy winds. I also appreciated the process of filling out paperwork in my own vehicle and then submitting online via a very simple, understandable, and accessible platform. The workers were efficient, kind, and clear with their instructions. I would definitely go back after the excellent service that I experienced today.

My experience, although going to urgent care is never under great circumstances, was as nice as could be. Everyone was genuinely caring and thoughtful, and eager to help. I felt safe being there with everyone wearing masks and plenty of distance between patients. I went later in the evening so thankfully it wasn't busy at all, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. Dr. Karen, Lisette, and Elizabeth (and everyone else) were so kind and made me feel at ease, even with my injuries. The thoughtfulness of making sure to call me by my name, too, in almost every interacting made me feel a lot more comforted. I'd recommend this urgent care to anyone.
