Terrible experience. Employees, nurses and managers have no communication at all and they will each tell you different expectations for your results so you have no idea who to trust. 100% NOT the place to go for tattoo removal. Melissa is especially misleading and not transparent about anything. She sold me based on what she said she had done and guaranteed me results based on hers, but her manager told me she didn't even get her treatment done there and should have never told me that to begin with. Their laser only can take out red and black ink. Would not recommend this place at all.

I had my appointment at 5:30 p.m., I was treated at 5.45 p.m. and everything was very fast and my sideburns were horrible and irregular. The last time I came to inject voluma on my cheekbones and the girl touchme a nerve with the injection, I was with my face swollen and very sore for a week. This should not happen and as I only use a translator to speak in English, the laser away staff does not care

If I could 0 STARS!!!!!! I got a complimentary Botox service when I purchased my hair laser. I wanted a refund on the Botox that I purchased after the complimentary service because I got an allergic reaction. They refuse to give me my complete refund of 650 because they wanna charge me for the complimentary Botox that I received. They are saying since I want a refund they will have to charge me for a complimentary service. To my knowledge the definition of complimentary service is free of charge. The funny thing is the services I’m getting a refund for wasn’t the reason I received the complimentary Botox I purchased a hair laser package and received the complimentary Botox when I purchased the hair laser and I don’t want a refund on that item. So Avoid going here they will steal your money no matter what just to get profit out of it.
