During times of covid, they have the waiting room packed with no social distancing. I was also told the wait would be an hour and 3 hours later they told me it would be another hour (at least). Please save your time and money and go somewhere with better policy and patient service.

To the mend urgent care staff, If a person walks through the door and they see another patient at the desk and none of the employees behind the desk raises their head from the screen to greet you, it looks like everyone is too busy to assist. So if you see someone just standing there, patiently, respectfully, waiting for assistance. Say something. Usually people greet their customers/patients as they come through the door and don’t let them stand there and waste their time. Especially since, it turned out, you can’t even assist me at all.
Covid tests wait time is about 30 min to an hour wait time. I got my results back fast! For antibody test.... I highly recommend you go elsewhere, or have a spare 3 hours to wait.
My son split his knee open at a friend's house and he was rushed here. Doctor was nice and kept my son calm while he cleaned and treated the wound. I hope we will not be back but good to know good urgent care is here.
