What I like about Personal Computer Sales and Services is there honesty, they know their stuff, and their devotion to give you the best service. I recently had a new notebook updated and everything went really smooth. In the past I brought my notebook in for it would not start correctly. They took a look at it and got it started within minutes and said that it was really nothing and they did not charge me for getting my notebook to work! They also took the time to consult me on which notebook to purchase. Its fortunate thing to have a company that you can trust and also are very knowledgeable. I suggested that friends go to them and everyone is happy that went there !

I've been looking for a computer repair shop with personable and friendly people, and at last, I've found one! Everyone here is very kind and helpful; I originally came in because I had a stripped screw on my laptop I needed taking out. They helped me out in no time at all -- free of charge even when I offered to pay. Later that day, I came back in for help installing a new hard drive and they were quick, fair-priced, communicative, and transparent throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I first reached out to these guys in August of 2019 when I was deciding to either buy a new laptop or upgrade the one that I had. After a consultation with Emil and Scott they said that my computer was in perfect condition but it needed some new computer hardware to make it fast. My issue was my computer was taking up to 5 minutes to start up!!! Grrr.... Besides starting up slow, I loved everything about my laptop! Well fast forward and they got the parts did the service within one day and had my computer back to me. When he turned on my computer it started up within seconds and I could immediately start working on it! I was over the moon! To date it has been working great. I took it in last week to get it checked out because my computer was making a rumbling noise. I went in, they said it was my fan, they checked it out to confirm, ordered the part, brought the computer back and it was done in no time. I didn't have to stress about having it taken care of. These guys are the best and reasonable with price. It's hard to trust people with one of your most valuable assets, your computer/laptop, which I need for my business, but these guys will have you covered! Thanks guys!

I would never go anywhere else. Their patience in understanding whatever complicated issue I am trying to explain to them is unyielding and calm. They have always managed to make any problem I am fretting over go away. Their response is quick, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
