Clean, Rooms are clean and the manager truly cares for people. Ask for Alex, he's the new manager and he honestly will help because he truly helped me. The place is in the best part of the city which is in Sherman Oaks, close to the 101 freeway, close to smoke shop, liq. store and the gas station. lots of fast food restaurants near by and the house is great. This place honestly helped me. I read the reviews before and was very skeptical about coming here but ever since the new ownership and management, this place is heaven compared to other Sober livings that charge an arm and leg.

Rats, Maggots, Flies, Bed Bugs, Abusive Management that overlooks drug use and drinking, psycopathic guests, and the house is one bathroom shy of being up to code for the amount of guests within the house. There were some cool dudes there. You know who you are. The schnorr needs detox. Oh yeah I almost forgot they have cameras in the house that record audio and sound 24 hours a day. Spooky place.

It's ashame because the neighborhood is great and if they got serious about sobriety/recovery in the house as well as fixed the plumbing and bed bug issues it may make for a decent sober living. Not sure why they let undocumented as well as people without real drug or alcohol issues in there. Oh well I'll stay in a motel and double up on my meetings.
