The Nice people at signature furniture have worked very hard to help me furnish my dream home. The prices have been excellent and the service is beyond compare. I really appreciate their kindness and the Beautiful things that they have to pick from on their floor.

Up until Tuesday I never knew that furniture store existed. Our sales person was Lonnie and he was extremely fair, helpful and friendly. He made shopping for furniture non-stressful. The prices are terrific the selection is big I will definitely come back if I need any more furniture. Thanks again!!
Its says masks are required, but the only one wearing masks in the store are the customers. When I wrote the company to complain. This was their reply. \Sorry you feel that way ma'am. Can't please everyone. Our store is kept clean and disinfected regularly . We have stations throughout the store w hand sanitizer and .we practice social distancing with such a large store and at the behest of any customers requests we will gladly wear a mask with nothing more than simply being asked . Our warehouse staff is practicing all precautions when making deliveries and dealing with customers and when going in to homes We are happy you were able to find furniture elsewhere And that you were satisfied by their service .After all we are all in the industry to work together .Thank you\ This is very unprofessional in my opinion. I will let you be the judge.
Carol was Amazing! We bought a new sectional for our new house along with rugs and a bench, she was awesome. No forced sales, no stalker selling. Just there when we needed her!! We will definitely be back!!
UPDATE: As of 01/15 the store has finally contacted us back and ordering a new dresser to replace the damaged item. Will post after we receive the item undamaged. Changing to 2-stars from 1-star. Be wary shopping during this store move and transition to the new store. The deals are not worth the hassle. Odered 4K bedroom furniture. Initial delivery was incomplete, was set up for 11-1pm, arrived at 5pm. Second delivery a week later the delivery guys put \quarter-sized\ scuffs in new dresser coming through the front door, they think its just ok to come back with a \pen\ to cover it up. Then they never came back like they said they would. Horrible customer service and they blame everything on the move. I was a very loyal customer but this is unacceptable. No answer to calls, no return calls...blame the phones. Should have considered closing till move was done, just dont have enough people to handle it well.
