I was mortified by the reviews I read so I decided to call in advance before walking to the store. Sure enough, my experience was consistent with the bad reviews. How do you not offer paint matching services when PAINT is supposed to be your specialty?! I'm going to ACE Hardware in Adams Morgan instead. They have a 4.5 Google rating! Do not waste your time with the numb-skulls at Sherman-Williams on 14th. With any luck, they'll close...for good.

Outstanding! There are many places you can buy paint, but there are few places that offer the expertise and service I received here. From picking a color/finish to prepping the walls to throwing down paint, these pros know... and they're really nice!
