If you want the wrong paint and bad service, go here. I had to touch up a wall that was painted 18 months ago with SW paint. I brought a picture of SW paint codes into into this store (on Pacific). The color they gave me was off-color, but of course I found this out after touching up various walls and it dried. The manager told me the batch of tint SW provides can change after only 18 months. The original paint contractor came back to my house with new SW paint (from another SW store) and it matched the correct color. I reached out to the Pacific store and let them know what happened. To fix this, all I wanted was an empty paint can so the contractor could provide me the paint this store couldn't - a simple and cheap resolution. The store ignored me. The Everett Mall Way store is close and much more helpful.
