Walked in to pick up an order. I was practically greeted at the door, walked to the counter while being asked my name so the young man could get my order while I waited to pay which took only a couple minutes. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, efficient and helpful. Kudos to this team for doing it right!

Excellent food as always! On average, the service is excellent. As for the wait staff, we have our favorites of course. Management has always been wonderful to us and the atmosphere is well...exactly what one should expect from BDubs!
I had a great experience at buffalo, I sat at the bar and Taylor took care of me. Adam was the manager that night and he checked on me to see if I had great service and everyone was so wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. I felt at home here. They have great music and a good crowd of people here. Come and visit them ️
This is my first time at Buffalo wild wings. I came in with a friend and his family from Monterrey Mexico. He enjoys Buffalo wild wings while at home in Mexico. So it took a Mexican national to have me try it… We really enjoyed the service and the manager came over and talk to the table in Spanish which was nice it made everyone feel right at home. The man who served us went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. He replaced our drinks before they were gone, he brought videogame tablets to the kids, he even learned a few words in Spanish to speak to my friends wife. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend Buffalo wild wings. As far as the chicken goes it was pretty good. I had the medium buffalo boneless and they compare to other well-known wing places but the best thing about Buffalo wild wings is not the wings , it’s the service.!! Even if the food were not good I would still come here but since it is good and it has great service too , I highly recommend buffalo wild wings Sherwood AR.!!!
Our waitress was fantastic. The food was delicious. They have BOGO wings on Tuesday. Great value!
