Nothing good to say. Complete joke. I wasn't even allowed to present my case with stacks of evidence to prove my innocence. But in the end justice did prevail through Luzerne County Courts. All charges dropped and name cleared. And it should have never went that far. If magistrate would have allowed me to speak and present my proof at hearing, would have been thrown out immediately and that's exactly what Luzerne County did. With that being said, if magistrate would have done the job that he took under oath to do, Luzerne County would not have been tied up with such nonsense. And update the magistrates name cause its not Hasay. Hasay would have never done this. People like this is who give our justice system a bad name and cause people to take matters into their own hands.

In my opinion Matthew C Christopher is not a fair magistrate. He acts rushed and like he is personally bothered by those in his court room. He doesn't follow the law as black and white.
