My hair color was rushed through and therefore came out to not be what I asked for (messy highlights with an overall green hue). Once I kindly mentioned my dissatisfaction, the owner was extremely rude and sarcastic wishing me a "happy birthday". Wow

We had an amazing 10yr old bday party. The girls enjoyed themselves and I was able to enjoy the party with them. They had everything setup when we got there and took great care of all the girls. I highly suggest hosting a bday with Shimmer!

If it wasn't for Lindsey, I would have left this salon a long time ago. This is the worst salon I have ever been to! They charge you for everything including the use of a straightening iron. On more than one occasion, I showed up for my appointment only to be turned away because they overbooked my stylist. The last straw was when I attempted to book an appointment, I was told I needed to reserve it with a credit card due to a new policy involving cancellation fees. I asked them if they were going to credit me for each time they had to cancel my appointment.

1st time vist - will Not be my last. Beautiful facility, great staff . Massage left me feeling like an overcooked bowl of pasta and the facial was amazing as well. Will definitely be going back again! Thank you Judy and Felicia!

Beautiful salon. Was going on a cruise and went the day before we sailed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, salon was clean and neat. The pedicure/manicure were priced fairly and looked amazing (and didn’t chip the whole cruise which is a bonus). Will definitely be returning and making it my main salon spot!

I had a great experience with this salon. I tried to book an appointment online but for some reason the online app was not allowing me to book an appointment; so, I piled my two 6 year old girls in the car and I drove down to the salon hoping they would take walk-ins. They took me even though I did not have an appointment and I was a first time customer and this was close to 5 PM on a Saturday night! Everyone was super nice even to my 2 daughters who were waiting with their father. The staff gave them some water and did not act like they were bothered by my children. Casey did not rush through my haircut and was very personable; she took the time to go over what I wanted and she made sure that everything was even. It was a relaxing experience and it was a nice conversation. She also took the time to explain the different products to me as I have severe skin problems and I am in the process of looking for new shampoo. My hair looks and feels great and I have gotten compliments. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.
