Booked a load for a first time and never again. Bad communication, giving you false information. Showing up at shipper and not getting loaded for almost 8 hrs and they are not paying detention and also they are not paying TONU as well.

If I could not choose any star, that would be more fitting. Dave Klotz was our broker. His lack of communication was mind blowing. We had a driver stuck in a door for 13 hours, with no help. We notified the broker and let them know the shipment was going to be late due to being delayed at the shipper. We are now being charged back 200 for a late fee because the shipment didnt arrive on time even though we told them it wasnt going to arrive and to let the receiver know. Further more, several of the people that we spoke with suggested that we get it there as quickly as possible and implied that we do so illegally. Completely unprofessional...
