It is very convenient living so close to campus. The staff is nice and very helpful. Maintenance is always very quick to take care of any issues that come up. It's been a good two years!

What an amazing place to live! Management is fantastic and their prices are more than fair especially if you actually compare them. After looking at the competition this is my choice and I am very satisfied with it
If you attend Shippensburg University, this is a great place destination wise. The walk is only 2 minutes to campus. The apartments have washers and dryers which is nice and don’t worry, if anything breaks Adam (maintenance worker) will be there quick to help resolve this issue. I do not have any complaints about this place. It’s perfects for college students needing a place to stay.
Love the new management team and their Mobile App. They know who I am when and what I want thanks to their tech. A very close walk to campus and sheetz with great security thanks to being so close to campus. Definitely a great place to live for a college student or professional!
