Visited The Shipping Store the Monday before the 2020 Christmas (Thursday). FEDEX and UPS trucks were on the curb, drivers were loading lots of packages, and The Shipping Store was very busy. I was very impressed with how well organized they were. Shipping Store team members were doing all they could to expedite patrons through the store. Very well organized and well run operation. Enthusiastically recommended!

I have shipped many items from this location over the past 3 years. They are always friendly, helpful and professional.
Walked in with a calamity of odd shapes to be shipped. This awesome gentleman (same guy from the place that closed down in Millison Plaza) Anywhoo - he take out his measuring tape does all the calculations in his head and proceeds to pack it and add the stuffing. Taped up and ready to go. BOOM \u200d️! All in a matter of five minutes !!! Thank you!!! Great service and super polite! Note : be patient in line - we ARE still spacing and mask wearing.
Honestly just a convenient location. Staff are nice and professional but packages can take a while depending on the shipping carrier you select, which means they can't guarantee delivery dates. They do not accept USPS flat rate boxes.
The service is always good, but slow. There has only ever been 1 person working when I go & I have the amazing luck of being behind someone who takes forever..if there was 2 employees that would be helpful. The place could use a good vacuum as well..pretty grungy looking but overall, the store gets the job done & it's close to me.
Was initially wary, due to the reviews I read. Was shipping a framed photo and the box they had was perfect except for the height. They were willing to cut it down to a shorter height in order to secure the contents better. Didn't think most shipping places would be willing to go that above and beyond. Shawn and Taylor could not have been more courteous and helpful despite how busy it was.
Overcharged me for my package by intentionally over stuffing it with peanuts. My package without boxing weighed around 1lb and somehow the charge came up to 21. Doesn’t make sense, especially considering I was shipping to a location in the same state only 30 miles away.
One of the cashier are rude. Very disorganized. If you bring your boxes for shipping they may get crushed from the overload in this store
