Chris was most helpful in selection and install tips for our PVC Deck railing project. Two day availability of all pieces just blows all those other stores away! My wife and I took our time and went from zero to complete in a little over half a day. Very straightforward install and it looks beautiful . Photo sent separately

If you are looking to have your windows replaced, DO NOT EVEN consider Raber windows. My experience with them has caused anger, frustration and extreme displeasure with this company. When they say they will do a professional job, that is NOT what you will receive. I do not have the room to list and go into detail the numerous issues I have had with getting my windows replaced. I am writing this review to hopefully let others know that if you are looking to have your windows replaced, I would highly advise staying away from Raber windows unless you like being angry, frustrated and extremely displeased... In response to your reply... I have options. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

With the virus and the markets we wanted to cancel our pergola. First we were informed that our pergola was already manufactured and we would be charged the full amount. We opted to move forward. Then we heard 3 days prior to our installation date that due to the virus our pergola had in fact NOT been built and we could cancel. If course Raber kept our 970 deposit for doing absolutely nothing. Obviously we didn't read the fine print. Be careful about your dealings with these folks...wish we had.
