I began going to Shipyard Marine about 7 years ago after purchasing a used Malibu for servicing. I always received great customer service from Brant Gryniewski even though I did not purchase from Shipyard. Always willing to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Jason Bloomer has been a tremendous help in service now that I purchased a new Malibu a few years ago through Shipyard. Jason always get my boat in for service in a timely matter and has no problem helping me navigate the world of scheduled and preventive maintenance with my boat and why things need to be done. Jason along with Tiffany in the office are great with communication with regards to payments and winter boat storage. Finally a shout out to Chad VanderKelen who assisted me on buying our new boat. No pressure and easy to work with. Went above and beyond I get what we wanted with our boat and did a great job going through all the boat systems when we picked it up. Thanks to everyone at Shipyard who makes owning a boat easy.
