My whole experience was amazing from start to finish. My doctor Chris Donivan was so understanding and really listened to my needs and concerns. I will never go anywhere else. This place is top notch from the staff to the care, to the clean and starilized building. I cant wait for my next follow up! I truly thank the crew at Shipyard Medical Center!

Well I have been a patient to other primary care facilities here in Wilmington NC. My most recent place was Abron’s Family Practice until they changed their name to Atkins Family Practice, there also was a foot doctor there called Chapman Family Foot Care which I was seen there too. I left the foot doctor and found another foot doctor but stayed with Atkins Family Practice until things started getting weird with my primary doctor there Wendy Shropshire. I then found Shipyard Medical Center with the help of someone who is a current patient. After only one or two visits especially after my first visit, I fell in love with the staff: Mary, Barbara, Jessica, Trina, I think that’s her name, Chris Donovan and whoever else there is that works there. Chris Donovan after my first visit was very nice enough to agree to except me into his practice, THANK YOU CHRIS DONOVAN! U guys there at Shipyard Medical Center are awesome! At my first visit, U guys did a lot of like paperwork on me, checked my sugar, tested my A1C, went over each medication I was on and explained what each one was for, and did other tests too. I mean you did more than what my previous primary doctor had ever did for me the whole time I was a patient at their practice. Thank you so much! I look forward to being your patient now in the future! I do hope that this review gets to U Shipyard Medical Center! I will in fact let U know Shipyard Medical Center that I wrote such a wonderful review about U!

Wish I could give more stars every once in a while. This was my first visit and I was a walk in. Front desk was very nice, and despite being busy, were quick. Dr Donavin was so helpful and friendly, rarely do you get a doctor that actually sits and talks and explains things to you. So happy this is where I went.
