This shoe repair place is my favorite. They turned three of my old worn out boots into brand new looking boots. I'm so happy!
Very Very poor customer service, as well as terrible quality of work provided. I will NEVER bring any of my shoes back to this establishment. Years ago, this business had great customer service and reliable work, but that has all changed. Please do not take your items here. They will destroy the item, or provide subpar work.

LOVE, LOVE these guys. They cut down my wedge heels. It's like going in, for a new pair of shoes. Please, if you too have a great pair of heels, but they are too high, take them to Carson shoe repair.
