Amazing staff! Karyn helped me, and she was simply amazing! She informed me what she wanted me to do, asked me questions of what I am looking for in shoes, and brought out several options. She treated me like a king. She was not a pushy saleswoman. Great store, great prices, and very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely buy from here again!

I had a great interaction here today! The very nice woman working there guessed exactly what I wanted when I spoke to her on the phone and promptly pulled it for me when I arrived; it was perfect.

I have had several great experiences on Grand Avenue in the Shoesters store. Great shoes, great people!

Went to this store to purchase a pair of Birkenstock sandals for my son and the manager did not size him right. We went back to the store within a week of purchase and were basically told we were out of luck. No customer-centric response and no accountable for their error. My son has never owned a pair and should have spoken up more on the fit in the store - I get that but their response to the customer really rings hollow. Having spent several years in a customer facing role I can think of more than a handful of responses that would have been better - restocking fee, next pair at cost, etc. Instead the response by the manager of the St. Paul store who did the fitting was \sorry\ but just following the owners rules. On to shopping more online at a lower risk than this experience! We wanted to shop local BUT not here! Highly recommend NOT going to this store - buyer beware! They don't have the customer's best interest or customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do just pure profit and margin. Yes, returning my son's sandals would have cut into their profitability but given it was their error (they are the subject matter experts in this shoe sizing as the manager stated) yet don't want to stand behind their error. Lastly, I have never been compelled to write a review before so note this was such a bad experience I don't want anyone else to go through it! We will now go to other local stores more customer-centric or SHOP ONLINE!

I visited about 2 weeks ago with my spouse who is blind and has a guide dog. We were approached with sensitivity to what we could be helped with and had shoes brought to us based on asking us a lot about what was needed. Karen the store manager, was very knowledgeable about fitting shoes and what to do with heels that slide. Very enjoyable trip and boots were very well made. Bought 2 pair plus great socks.
