My non-profit was behind on some printing. I called around to several places (local and national printers). Abyaz said he could do it and have it ready next day, no rush fees, and within our budget! I put on my jacket, swing over, chat with him, check paper stock, etc. I gave him the image files. He had to reformat them a bit, but no problem, no hassle! Proofs were ready for me within minutes.
