Overall I have had a good experience with the staff, maintenance workers and neighbors. Moving in has been easy (I’ve lived in 2 units). Maintenance workers are helpful and kind. My boyfriends car has been broken into multiple times while visiting me. We have also seen car prowlers in the parking lot and crackheads that wander in from aurora. I know others have the same experience and nothing has been done to prevent this. The apartments are outdated and don’t provide much light. The yellow/beige walls make it seem darker as well. The door to the laundry area is particularly annoying (come off the tracks, knob comes out and door is impossible to open.) Everything else is just very outdated inside the apartment. The grounds and buildings look nice I just wish the inside was as welcoming and modern. The trash is often overflowing or people just throw their trash near the bins not in them.

Besides not having access to all the benefits and amenities that sold us on moving in here, the overall experience living here has been pleasant. The neighbors are very friendly and staff is readily available to assist.
Love it here. All around, hands down, best property i have lived at. Clean and comfortable. People are great. Staff is awesome.
Once again, the maintenance personnel and office management astound me with their professionalism, concern of their resident’s safety, speed, accuracy, and thoroughness of issues.
