So many hard working, dedicated staff! A peaceful place where I am thankful that my mom had a chance to heal!

I am here now, i have some mixed reviews. There are some excellent people working here but i have to say i came here from the hospital where i was being treated for stroke, when i got here reception was friendly and it looked good. I was unwashed and dirty i hadnt had a shower in 4 days. I asked for a shower and was informed nope, no can do mabe tomorrow so i spend another dirty sleepless night. I got shower today basically out of the kindness of one of the staffs heart. Tonight the night nurse suggested a cup of coco when i told him i couldn't sleep and he had better things to do than talk to me. He also suggested that rather than work with me i should leave th facility He did find time to come back later and tell me i was violating rules by not asking for help,to move about ( the therapist i worked with earlier in the day said i could move about as i was making excellent progress and would make such a note.he may have. ) You can't negotiate with a guy wearing a stethoscope. I just want out of here, why is it bullies acr their worse at holiday time? Find another facillity if want to get well if you want lip service and a cup of coco this may work for you
Crista has been caring for my dad for a year and a half. I've seen the staff is consistently patient and loving with everybody in my dad's wing. They also stay in touch with me about dad's condition. I'm really glad they're here.
My mom received very considerate loving care when she was on short-term rehab. When she transferred over to the long term care, I was informed about all the wonderful services available for my mom. It is a very loving Christian environment, and a rare find! Susan Ross
My mother stayed here when they thought she would be staying in assistant living afterward. Once they found out she would have to use Medicaid- they wouldn't take her back after she went to the hospital for a few days. After some thought I have revised my post to speak to the facts. My mother stayed there 2 weeks and went to an appointment and was told she could not come back . We didn't find out until the facility failed to reply to the hospital for two days. Then once we called we got the run around by admissions. My mother was a model patient and was working to get better. Your agency should be ashamed of yourself. You didn't care enough to contact the hospital or mother for two days while they waited to send her back, why in the world, should I care enough to call your administrator. No thank you good riddance.
