Seriously the best in the business. He engraved my league fantasy football belt last year when others turned it down because they couldn’t do it by hand. He was up for the challenge, it turned out great and he even left instructions for the next person. Hopefully I’ll be able to take it there again this year!

I recommend Rich 1,000%. He was able to make my rustic wedding complete when he made my engraved wedding favor tags. I love them so much and we're done so perfectly. He did one thing wrong on our bracelet. He had that fixed, but then when I gave it to my niece he had also spelled the engraved name wrong. I gave him a paper with exactly what to write. I called for this correction and he never called me back. I had to take it to another engraver and spend even more money. He also took forever and never calls you back.

The Man Doesn't Keep His Word. I brought in my sister's empty cremation urn for engraving. I was told over and over that it would be ready next week, next week. He had the urn almost 4 weeks. Communications skills were non-existent. Never called me once to tell me there would be a delay. A business that doesn't maintain scheduling integrity isn't worth a dime of your business. A week after the last promise, I called and he said he hadn't touched it so I picked it up. I found a local engraver that guaranteed a 3-5 day turnaround. House of Engraving has caused the preparations for my sister's gathering of friends and family to be put on hold due to his unprofessionalism. I'd give him a Zero rating if I could.
