prices are good on non \shelf pull\ items, shipping is pretty reasonable and quick. the site needs better search and saved search options (ability to save specific searches rather than just save categories - too much stuff in each category!) Example: would like to have a search for \diapers\, not just \health and beauty\.

Bid and paid 130 for a 9x14 Bodrum rug. What I received was a computer chair. Tried calling customer service and office is closed. Will try calling tomorrow. Very upsetting as I have another rug to be delivered on 2/24.

Some really good deals. Bid with restraint. They tend to have the same or similar items every day. Remember these items are returns and may have some damage although I have received brand new items. You can definitely save money.

Don't give these people money for any reason . I have been buying from these people since they were selling on eBay only to watch the experience become ever increasingly worse. I would stick to eBay since sellers there actually have a system of accountability and a rating system to monitor complaints. A list of issues I have experienced and a few pictures of items are as follows. 1. Auction information is often wrong or misleading. 2. Many items arrive damaged or missing parts regardless of what's visible in the photo's. 3. They don't care about your shipments as multiple lots are simply tapped together and shipped out to you often without padding of any type. 4. If you complain they say all items are sold as is even though the auction may say otherwise. 5. If you file a PayPal dispute they may disable your slibuy account . 6.You often see items with low bids skyrocket at the last second only to be reposted to the site again for sale within a day or two. 7.Some items for sale can only be bid on when you pay them a monthly fee.

I have purchased three times from sliBuy, and the auction process is pretty easy. You need to dedicate time to the items you really want, so plan for that. Be careful when buying electronic items. More than half of those items that I purchased were either broken or missing parts, despite being advertised as being new/other. They are not new! Even plastic storage containers were broken, but the pictures didn't reveal that. You can get some good deals, but always be wary about the condition of the item you are bidding on, because the pictures do not capture the real item. There are more pictures of the box than the item, which isn't fair to the consumer. You are blindly trusting that the item works and is in good condition. Have fun bidding, but be careful!!!
