Poor time management. It took over 3 hours to repair a tire. Coming from the tire industry, this is a 30 min job MAX! Telling me you're new doesn't account for the poor work the techs do. It's no wonder their tires had so many issues in the past and it's no wonder why they still struggle in the tire industry. Take pride in your work people and keep to the promised time.
