These guys serviced our generator not too long ago, and we were very happy with their work. However, just today we thought we might be having an issue with it, as I noticed a \check battery\ warning was flashing from the generator's digital control readout, after a neighborhood power outage necessitated the generator's use. So we called them up, and got the owner (Steve) on the phone, who was very responsive to our call for help. He quickly sent a technician to our home to look at the generator at no charge to us, who discovered the \issue\ was simply that the generator had somehow been switched to OFF. And that the battery warning was simply a routine reminder to check the battery. Anyway, it's nice to do business with a company that actually stands behind their work like that. I hardly ever bother to write Google reviews for businesses, but was impressed enough with this business to do so.
