Absolutely wonderful salesman and very kind staff. The entire process of buying went fast and easy. From the day our home was delivered on 10/05/20, our home has had water coming through our windows. It took months to have our moving repairs done due to the service manager repeatedly ordering the wrong parts. It’s been months and we still have water entering our home. Every contractor they’ve sent to our home has done the exact same work in order to try to repair our home with nothing working. Each one of them stating our roof is at fault. The manager/owner, whose never been out to our home to see for himself is now stating nothing is wrong with our roof, in spite of every single one of his ordered contractors stating other wise. Lol. So, before you buy a brand new home from here, be prepared to potentially have to replace your brand new roof out of pocket.

Chris Tilley and Gary Page along with the rest of the team are beyond amazing! If anyone is in the market for a beautiful home from fair, honest, kind, and wonderful people I recommend coming here. Buying my first home has been beyond stressful but these two men have been the saving grace and I cannot praise them enough!
