Extremely unprofessional. I did not feel validated in any way and my disability was completely discounted and diminished. I felt judged rather than understood. The paralegal that assisted Christian was rude and unprofessional. I was not given the opportunity to tell my story and they gave my case absolutely zero consideration after meeting with them.
