Very happy with the beautiful shutters that Shutters America Inc built for our large arched windows and whole house. Their quality is superior. They assisted us every step of the way and made sure the shutters designed exactly to what we wanted. They turned out way better than we expected. I chose SA because of their long experience.

I recently moved and my realtor recommended AE Shutters. Their sales person Kendal came to my house to measure and quoted me nearly half what another company quoted me to do plantation shutters in my entire house. Of course I was sold. And then Kendal fell off the planet. After several attempts to get an ETA from him failed, I called the main number and learned that he was no longer with the company. We scheduled my installation. Life was good. Until the installation date came and they were a no show. At this point I was pretty frustrated with AE Shutters. After another call and another installation window my blinds were finally installed. I am giving AE Shutters a 5 for two reasons. First, they are the most beautiful shutters I have ever seen. And second and most importantly, the guy who installed them was so great that he made me forget about the other issues. He called ahead to tell me he was coming and he texted me which was awesome! They were here for an hour. He showed me how to work the shutters and clean them. He answered all of my questions. They were so efficient and meticulous. Like I said their performance and the quality of the shutters overshadowed the terrible sales person and scheduling difficulties, not to mention the great price!!!
Their shutter design was excellent. The company was easy to work with and the price is more than fair. I will use them again and I recommend them!!
They are the most attractive ,most durable, long-lasting window covering available. Shutters America Inc does an outstanding great job from start to finish. They install a great product with precision and attention to detail. The installer is professional and a great communicator. I am really happy with the company and the product! Shutters America Inc. Company is absolutely amazing! I am so pleased with the work that was completed throughout my home. The installers were organized, efficient, respectful, and wasted no time installing my blinds. My windows were measured thoroughly because my blinds fit like gloves.
