Our experience was nothing but the best! Romeo showed up on time the day we made our appointment and did an outstanding job showing us the shutters. He was very professional throughout the entire process. After our order was placed even though the state shutdown they still kept in contact with us and after it all reopened the shutters were installed and our home looks even more amazing than before! The installers were great and did a fantastic job! Great job!

I contacted Shutters & Blinds of Houston after one company that I had visited with went out of business and another recommended company failed to return either phone calls or emails. Within a day Shutters & Blinds of Houston returned my call and scheduled an appointment which included choices of blinds and materials and recommendations. I ordered that day and the blinds were measured. Romeo contacted Jose who came and carefully measured again. Then the blinds were ordered. Since it was the holiday season I was told it would be longer than usual, and I was told the approximate date of delivery. They arrived within that time frame and were installed immediately. They are lovely!. Jose installed them all to my windows--leveling and caulking them all. I sent photos to friends and family and all responded with comments such as \so beautiful\ \lovely\ \Wish I lived in Houston.
