Very fast and efficient with great quality and attention to detail! I ordered some hooded baby bath towels and baby bibs to be embroidered with the name \Josie\ on them for my friend's baby shower. She did a beautiful job and she got it done and in the mail so quickly that it made it to me, several states away, weeks earlier than expected. Paying for the service was a breeze, just one click of a button and then the card details and you're done! She provides a detailed invoice for each order, a tracking number through the delivery service, and terrific customer service. This was my 2nd time ordering customized items from her and definitely will not be my last!
