Bluntly, I struggle to understand how anyone visiting this Post Office can give less than 5 stars! The attendant that helped me, Liz, was very knowledgable and clear with my passport renewal process. I will certainly use this Post Office again!

One of my favorite USPS. The reason is that everyone is very polite. I own a business, so I'm shipping out over 100 orders a day. This is my drop-off location because as soon as I get there and get home, the items have been scanned and processed, and it makes me and the buyer happy that the item is on its way.
I love the Sierra Madre Post Office. I have gone there for 40 years because of the feel and the staff. Never thought to post anything before until I looked up the hours and thought my God how will they ever know how much the existence of that post office means to all of us if nothing is ever posted. Thank you!
I went to renew my passport and Liz was very rude, she talked to me as if the things I was asking for were not part of her job. However, she was very polite and kind with all the white people she talked to before me.
They are always nice to me. I smile when I go up to the counter. I thank them. And guess what? They're nice back. Imagine that!
