These folks have provided reliable monitoring and occassional repairs for our home security system for years - naturally we called them when time came to update our system. They were amazing from start to finish! Took lots of time to answer my endless questions and provided us with several VERY helpful suggestions at the time of installation. They did an extra special job with all aspects of the installation including cleaning up a prior poorly installed plate for the cable (which had NOTHING to do with their install - just super particular professionals leaving my place better than they found it! Also - extra high marks for Covid awareness wearing masks the entire time and avoiding touching items whenever possible! Really, just can't say enough good about the whole team! Thank you Signal 21!
