Photo center is not there anymore which is very disheartening because I liked refilling printer ink cartridges and not producing more plastic into the environment. I spent 80 on printer ink when the photo center would cost me way less. Other than that Costco is a great place to buy your needs

I love Costco. The food is the highest quality ever. Rarely did I ever get anything bad. The standards are very high, recommend to all.

I usually have great experiences, however, this time it was different. I witnessed an employee pull down his mask to blow his nose with a paper towel nearby. He threw away the trash and went right back to assisting the cashier of scanning and loading items in carts. During this pandemic, you would think he'd at least sanitize his hands afterwards but he just went about his business and touched every item in my cart. I am appalled, disgusted and disappointed.

This is my childhood Costco. Been there since I can remember. Usually always have a great experience there but this review is for a specific ordering experience from recently: I’d put in an order of contact lenses about a month ago because they didn’t have my prescription in stock. Was told I’d be called when my order came in. Never got a call from them. I ended up having to call in multiple times, waiting 20-30min each time before I was able to reach the Optical Dept. The department attendant in a super hurry. I had to spell out my name for him multiple times because I feel like he was only half listening. After confirming with me that my order is in, he told me to “take my time coming to pick it up” because they’re super busy, and then immediately hung up. Wow, I understand that you’re swamped but is saving a couple of seconds worth giving your customer such an unpleasant experience, especially after they’ve waited nearly half an hour for you? Needless to say, I’ve been thoroughly disappointed by this experience, and will be looking into other ordering options elsewhere for my optical needs going forward.

This is not the most fancy Costco (no self checkout, no open pump indicators at the gas station, doesn’t have a lot of the nicer snack/meat offerings at the Torrance location). It is, however, where I got the BIGGEST STRAWBERRY SUNDAE EVER.
